0:36.0	Hello, you land lovers, nom's kidding. Hello, everyone, I'm John, I'm a writer, producer, and I was here in San Diego, California, also excited to be remaining on the ship and talking more about master and commander, far side of the world.
0:50.0	And of course, we can't discuss a movie based on these Patrick O'Brien novels without our resident Patrick O'Brien experts, the host of the lover's hole, Ian and Mike, welcome back to the cine files.
1:03.0	Thank you, great to be here. Yeah, always happy to process a tight for Patrick O'Brien.
1:08.0	I think that's a good life's mission. And should we just jump right back onto the surprise?
1:15.0	Let's do it.
1:16.0	Oh, please.
1:17.0	Where we left off was after just the tragic death of a seaman where he was overboard and swimming back to grab onto some wreckage and we finally had to cut the wreckage free sending him to his death.
1:29.0	And not only is that a tragic event for everyone on board, but it also continues this idea that there might be a Jonah.
1:39.0	And we move in through the cabin skylight down to Stephen Jack who are having a very serious conversation about death.
1:47.0	The death's an actual battle of the easiest to bear.
1:51.0	My own part, those who die under my knife or from subsequent infection.
1:56.0	I have to remind myself that it was the enemy that killed them.
2:00.0	Not me. That young man was a casualty of war.
2:04.0	And I think that's certainly, you know, it's one of those things that's cold comfort.
2:08.0	You know what I mean?
2:09.0	We all agreed in our last episode that Jack did what was necessary.
2:13.0	As he said yourself, you have to choose a lesser of two years.
