It's all about the stepmother and losing your children to

stepmother who has all the money, all of the exciting stuff and you're left at home to work your job and to be lonely.

And the work on cancer and the work on mental illness and physical sickness, the fear of going to jail,

and what it's like seeking love, appreciation, and approval when you're with a group of

people that are into drugs and you're innocent and young and what would move you into that situation.

And my personal favorite, how to fill in a judge-in-able worksheet.

If you're new to the work today, welcome to the work. The work is self-inquiry. It's a way to

identify the thoughts in our head that are causing all the suffering in our world, all the suffering in our lives.

We identify those thoughts, we move them from our head to paper.

Did you ever want to just stop your mind, to stop your head?

Just to stop it?

Notice those thoughts, move them from your head to paper, and there they are stopped.

So what do we do next? We question those thoughts, no matter how deeply, no matter how positive

we are that they're true, that's not the point, whether

they're true or not. It's just a way of understanding for one's own self if it's true or not, the

thought we move from her head to paper. And then we notice how we react when we believe the thoughts.

So we get really still as an exercise in stillness.
