and then all of a sudden we get a text message.

And it said, what did it say?

The amount of poop that just exited my body

is unbelievable. So we're like, oh. that just

exist in my body is unbelievable.

So we're like, oh my gosh, okay, here we go.

It's like if more women, I mean including us,

like if we could tell ourselves that when we were going through hard times,

or even just being aware, like, I'm not treating my body well right now,

no, how about I give it what it needs?

And then, and you do, you just can,

you can love your body so much more

when you're doing that and are feeling good

and comfortable and feeling well.
