With secondary infertility it's complex, you're holding both things, you're holding the joys and challenges of motherhood, and then the pain and yearning that comes along with infertility together.

I try to strike a nice balance of acknowledging the difficulties, but then also bringing in the positive

parts of motherhood. So for some, I know that going on social media is hard for them.

Maybe should I sign off of social media for a little bit?

Maybe taking a step back from a group text message where pregnancy is being talked

about. For some that's just being really honest with your needs and communicating them with your partner as well.
