manage, which is basically everybody, right? We're living in this kind of crazy time in that way.

system or no process, right? No place to put ideas when they come up or to manage their task lists

or to effectively manage their daily routines. And the reason that's a problem is as you start to

create more overwhelmed, time starts to collapse. And what that means is like you start to feel like

there's not enough hours in the day. And you know, time really is just kind of this illusion. It's this

construct in which we, it's all about how we perceive it. And so, you know, ultimately, you'll start to

feel that there's just not enough hours in the day to do anything. And then you'll start to put

your dreams or your aspirations to the side. Or if you own a business, you'll start to put your dreams or your aspirations to the side. Or if you own a business,

you'll start to put things to the side that are working on the business rather than in

because all you can do is keep up with what you're doing in the business, right? There's just no time.
