| 0:50.4 | This is a five-minute guided meditation, and it's going to help you really learn how to not push sadness away, but gently allow space for it. |

| 1:05.0 | So I want you to find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down. |
| 1:13.9 | Rest your hands gently in your lap or by your side. |
| 1:18.5 | And if it feels okay, close your eyes or soften your gaze. |
| 1:27.0 | Let's take a deep breath in through your nose and a slow exhale through your mouth. |
| 1:36.3 | Let's do that again. |
| 1:38.3 | Take a deep breath, inhale through your nose and a slow exhale through your mouth. |
| 1:51.0 | I want you to bring attention to the weight of your body. |
| 1:55.9 | Feel the ground beneath you, strong and steady steady holding with care notice your breath as it moves in |

| 2:53.6 | Picture the earth beneath you absorbing the rain, welcoming it. |
| 3:01.6 | Notice how sadness, like rain, can soften, cleanse cleanse and nourish as you breathe in silently say I allow this feeling |
