UFC fighter Mickey Gaul. I love sitting down and talking shop with Mickey you know I see him twice a week but

normally our time spent together is in the gym, training.

It's not just sitting down and, you know,

talking shop.

So it's nice to actually just sit down with him

and talk for an hour uninterrupted.

And in the rare case we get to do that, as you will hear,

it is fire. I don't think there was a dull second during this
