I am just back from Seattle.

What a week, the past couple days, man,

have been incredible, although I am a little I'm not going to lie I haven't

recovered yet I'm still I'm still kind of beat I'm moving a little slow today, getting adjusted from the time difference in all the travel.

I'm not the best traveler, especially when I'm going across the country or out of the country.

It takes me a couple days to get things firing back to normal again,

but certainly not complaining.

The gym was badass, such a perfect location for

Very, very, every single coach was super knowledgeable. We had the most females we ever had in one

class which was cool. We had a mother-son combo which we've never had before and a father-son combo now that I think about it.

So just the classes keep getting better and better. The CPPS family continues to grow.
