So today's episode is about imposter syndrome. Begone. I have a full episode on this.

So I will link the imposter syndrome episode in the show notes. However, I thought that it would

be a great kickstart for the year, for all of us,

to have a little reminder of what you can do if you're someone that is suffering from

imposter syndrome because it is, and I talk about cock blocks all the time,

but imposter syndrome is such a cockblock because not only does it get in the way, you know,

of you actually setting out to do certain things.

But it also really changes your mood in that moment and it lowers, it lowers your mood.

It brings you into this like low fucking vibe state and you just feel inadequate.

And out of, you know, there's many unpleasant feelings that we can feel, but feeling

inadequate is just such a shitty feeling to feel. So I want to talk about three things that

you can be doing. If you're going through imposter syndrome right now or for when you likely go,

you know, and fall into imposter syndrome, what we can do to tackle that so

we can feel a lot better in that moment and proceed with bliss and joy, praise be to Jesus.

I say this, but I'm, I'm an atheist, but I follow this guy on Instagram and he always says Jesus loves you at the end.

I love him so much and I don't even, you know, I'm not even religious but fucking Jesus loves you.
