in your life. I'm talking about big pain like heartbreak and breakdowns of relationships

and also discomfort like the things that you really avoid because they're not remotely enjoyable,

so you end up avoiding them for years and years and years when you've been telling yourself that you want to do something. So I'm talking about both those things,
