Guilt is something that I struggled with a lot at the beginning of grieving my mother.

I often replayed a lot of should-a-kudawas, aka, I wasted a whole lot of time on things that, you know, didn't serve my healing experience. And because women and girls have been

socialized since the beginning of time to be super apologetic to get along with everyone to be over accommodating to not hurt other people's

feelings to take care of everyone we've basically been shaped into humans who not only hoard guilt but also process it with this deep angst.

But the gag is because there's always a gag with our emotions. The gag is

guilt is completely normal and to be human means that you're going to feel guilty occasionally.

Guilt is an emotional experience that happens when you believe or recognize that you have compromised your own standards of conduct or you have violated
