This is CBSI in the world. I'm John Bachelorette. Henry Sikowski of the Non-Proliferation

Policy Education Center helping me to understand bulletins coming from Keith in these last hours

about anomalies at the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, but it came from somewhere.

Henry, I believe you've told me that this is a Westinghouse design. In the designing and

building of these plants around the world, Westinghouse has a golden reputation. Is there

reason to believe that they did not anticipate these problems that we're identifying today,

hostile force, sabotage, threat to the power lines?

Well, the short answer is no, they didn't. I don't think the assumption and building any of the

reactor designs is that they had to withstand mismanagement or military assault. I mean,

these things demand to be, the ins to be operated, and they normally get it. They are not getting it

in Ukraine, at least its apparition at all. I don't think if there were wars where the plants

in Taiwan, South Korea, or Japan were targeted, or for that matter, if you want to think really

outside of the box, India, Pakistan, the UAE, or China, that these plants necessarily would

do any better than we're seeing in separation and might do even worse.

The IEA, the nuclear watchdog at the UN, is also the IEA that has several times been at

his apparition, might be its apparition now, have made and remarks most recently about how they

found no explosives on the roofs of the plants. The IEA is a supervising body worldwide. Do they
