So Paul, in August 2020, Radio Free Asia reported that an intelligence unit of the People's

Liberation Army based themselves in China's now closed Houston consulate.

And there they used big data to identify Americans likely to

participate in violent protests and then they sent them what they called

quote tailor-made videos. We know from related reporting that those tailor made videos were

actually Tik-Tocks. So what the Chinese military was able to do from American soil

was to get Americans videos on how to riot.
