right, has to be done. All of these serious steps have to be done without

inflaming, I think, unnecessary, endangering sort of anti-Asian rhetoric that we've seen across

the United States, including the unjust labeling of Chinese students as spies.

And so from my perspective, at least there are opportunities to just

mandate and enhance transparency requirements. A few of them include things like mandating that

US universities make publicly available every detail of regarding all of their academic and

research partnerships and agreements, both active and inactive, with entities located in what
