writing at Rio Clair politics about the day after the Gaza shooting stops stops what is to be done.

Fontaine identifying mistakes that America made after

occupying Afghanistan, after occupying Iraq. Now we're turning to mistakes that Israel can avoid and there's a

document Gaza Futures Task Force and joint project that Peter guides me to in

his it's a it has a hot link in his real clear politics piece.

And it looks at both reconstruction and security.

Security, security, security, Peter.

That is what we learned that we missed out in Afghanistan and Iraq.

We couldn't guarantee the people of either of those countries that they'd be secure in their homes ever again.

How is that to be done in Gaza?

Well, this is a, this represents a huge challenge.

Why?

Because the Israeli army is not going to be able to destroy all of the tunnels.

There's a huge reservoir of young men who will not be de-homosified, who will continue to represent a serious threat.

Actually, not only to Israel but to Palestinians living in Gaza who would prefer not to see Hamas back in charge. So post-war or post-major military operations Gaza is going to need a security force

in which again Israel has overall responsibility but to make it work this this

task force which was put together by an organization called Jinsa and the Vandenberg Coalition on whose board I serve

recognizes the need again for early planning to put together I use the word multinational task force but not as a

UN task force Israel working with Arab partners but their main focus is on the creation

of something they call the International Trust
