1:16.0 | Well, I guess all of Texas, but especially Houston, you never know what the weather is going to be. |
1:20.0 | We could be freezing one day, we could be in the hundreds the next day, let it the day after that. |
1:26.0 | And so I love, I love when I get an extended stint of rainy days. |
1:32.0 | It's like normal rainy days that you can cuddle up and get cozy and just get comfortable, which is going to come in handy with what I'm going to be talking about today. |
1:44.0 | Today's topic is the four seasons of self-love that you find when you are dating. |
1:50.0 | And I think that this could be applied to all relationships, but this came about this idea for this topic came about when I was talking to a client. |
1:59.0 | And she's been going through her relationship journey and I've seen so much growth in her. |
2:06.0 | And I see how some things are starting to bloom for her, some places she's starting to flourish. |
2:13.0 | And there are some places that are still a little bit barren and hard. |
2:18.0 | And that is such, that is such the common experience for all of us that we can see hope and light. |
2:25.0 | And the harvest for all the things that we've been planting, all the seeds we've been planting in some areas and some other areas still need a little bit of tending. |
2:34.0 | So when I was thinking about this and thinking about what is the common thread and what are some themes as we go through these seasons of healing and how it shows up in our relationships, because like I always say here, our relationships are a mirror or the nature of our relationships. |
2:49.0 | So it is very easy for us to have it all together when we're just in our head and when we're by ourselves, but seeing how we are showing up in our friendships and our romantic partnerships and our family relationships and what we are feeling by ourselves says a lot. |
