That's right. Went to the blood doctor who was fasting and they said actually you're going to need to check your triglycerides because they were high three months ago.

So I stopped eating ice cream entirely. Lost a little bit of weight to see if my triglycerides would go down. As soon as I got the numbers in, blood-wise, I had a single patty from the in and out. And that's where I'm at today. Milkshaking hand fries on the side. Where does, how is the patty served? Is it in a box? It was on a burger. Oh no. Oh, oh, got it. Got it. It was on a bun. The point is that it wasn't a double double. Which I felt my doctor said, cut your fat content by 50%. And I stood at the in and out and I said, okay, no double double.

I'm going just cheeseburger.

And I felt that that was a sacrifice that I was willing to.

I don't want to, I'm not a fearmonger, but I just want to let you know that at the highest level of the American government, we actually just got information that is contrary to that.
