head to Connecticut tonight to train Triple H and Steph in just about two hours from now.

usually get home around 2.30 a.m. at which point I have to pack because I'm

getting picked up to go to the airport at 7.30 in the morning because our

CPPS certification is this weekend in Orlando, Florida.

And I'm leaving the day early so I could spend some time on Friday with my man Sean Hayes before the actual certification course

starts on Saturday and for those who might not be familiar with Sean he is one of our CPPS certified coaches. He also

happens to be the head strength and conditioning coach at the WWE Performance

Center. Good friend of mine. So on Friday, I'm going to meet up with him. He has a couple groups of

wrestlers coming in that he'll be training. I told him I would help him out with their training. I'm really looking forward to that.

When that's done early afternoon, we're going to sit down and design the next training cycle
