Welcome back to another episode of mood with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm Lauren Elizabeth.

And today we are going to be doing some IRL, nope not IRL, just some real talk because sometimes

and to take care of yourself. So we're going to dive in to what I've been doing to balance

all of the honestly shit going on in my life and remind ourselves that we're not perfect.

And it's like actually really, really cool, exciting and I love it. Last week my worst mood was sick.

And I actually only got like a little bit sicker and kind of had like an emotional breakdown. So

that was super fun. I have to say my worst mood of the week was literally just like trying to

get my shit together so badly and like actually not being able to get it together. I had really,

really, really bad anxiety throughout the weekend. But it's okay because my best mood of the week

was that my mom came in town just at the absolute perfect time. And I just laughed so much with my

family this weekend. I really focused on being present and kind of just trusting life and not

trying to control everything. I think when you have a lot of anxiety, it's easy to want to control

everything in your life and control other people and just control honestly like anything you feel
