Today I'm going to be doing a solo, do-lo episode.

I came up with this idea to kind of maybe switch off every other week to do

like one week with a guest, then the next week with that, I guess,

then one week with one. You, you at the point.

Starting off with the best mood and worst mood of the week.

I had a very hard time actually figuring out my best mood of the week.

I pretty much record the podcast on Tuesdays and then I edit and upload it

and it goes live on Wednesday and literally by Wednesday night, last week,

I started to feel sick and have been sick since.

So my worst mood of the week was definitely being sick and obviously,

you know, we all get cold. Like there's totally something going around right now.

I feel like everyone is sick. So at least I'm not.
