Hi, this is Steve. You know there's all sorts of movies that inspire us, frighten us, make us cry, make us think, or make us laugh.

But the film we're talking about this week inspires a very special kind of devotion.

Memorization.

I mean, how many movies can you think of where you know people that can quote, not just a few lines, but

whole scenes, maybe even the whole film?

I can only think of a few.

I've heard people quote endlessly from

spinal tap or Lebowski breakfast club Ferris Buehler or the princess bride maybe you can

come up with some others but for me the number one most quotable movie, the film that inspired a generation of comedy

and absolutely holds up today is 1975's Monty Python and The Holy Grail. Directed by Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones, this low budget independent film is consistently

listed as one of the greatest comedies of all time.

And it shows Monty Python at their very best.
