This week we will honor Director Curtis Hanson in a discussion of what is arguably his greatest film,

1997's LA Confidential, which stars Kevin Spacey, Guy Pierce, Kim Basinger, Danny DeVito, James Cromwell, and Russell Crow in the performance that made him a star.

LA Confidential is a tense thriller with great performances fantastic dialogue and enough twists and turns to keep you guessing until the very end.

It's available for rental on iTunes and Amazon and has a pretty solid Blu-ray if you're into commentary tracks and bonus materials.
