all right welcome episode 174 welcome to a new episode of new mindset who

deaths and thanks you know thanks for listening thanks for tuning in I know you

could be doing literally anything right now and I appreciate you being like you

know what I'm gonna see what case says cooking today that's really cool to me

and I really appreciate it I do so seriously thank you and of course I'm here

to deliver I'm here to keep it real with you to give you some perspective to

think about and I've got something today that I want to talk about that's on my

heart and I guess I did kind of give it away in the title a little bit of

clickbait there but I want to talk about how to handle that oh to familiar

feeling reaction we have in life of feeling bitter it's like you know drinking a

bitter cup of coffee or really dark chocolate or kale I think kale's bitter

it's like that feeling in life when you react to something that's bitter but

unlike coffee or chocolate or your kale you let it sit within you and eat

away at you for far too long and we all do this bitterness you could also call

it anger or resentment or jealousy or whatever you want to call it but bottom

line is it it's no good and we need to learn to let go of this emotion because it

does nothing more than hold us back I think we can all agree with that so the
