Hello my friend, this is a 4 minute guided meditation designed to make you feel at peace,

So join me in this moment and be real with yourself.

Be real with yourself calm within yourself to realize that you don't have to appear to

be perfect in life.

Not to yourself and not to others.

Take one deep breath and affirm right now that life is about more than striving to appear

to be the best the most put together or the most confident.

So take one more deep breath and know that life isn't about becoming the best, the

biggest, the most applauded or recognized, the best looking, the funniest.

Life isn't about trying to appear to be the most put together, the most calm, the

most swathe or to have the most perfect life.

Life is about keeping it real with yourself and others while you work for more.

Life is about saying, I'm just happy to be myself and to say that, wow, you push yourself

to become more.

Take one last deep breath and say with me, I'm just happy to be myself.

I'm going to do everything in my power to be better, fuller, more driven and successful,

but as I do, I'm just happy to be myself and say that and feel the pressure to be perfect

is fade away.

Knowing that your life isn't about being the best or the most accomplished, it's about

being genuine with who you are and what's going on in your life, not trying to appear

to be perfect.
