It didn't feel good. I was hitting those numbers and I thought in my mind that it

feels so good to be able to see those again lower than I was when I entered

college like, wow, I've been trying to do this by cutting calories, exercising

more, and then I realized that that's literally when I felt the worst.

I made me and I'm Abby and as women we are constantly comparing ourselves to

others. But your life isn't supposed to look like hers. Being your best

south means standing firm in your decisions and always being willing to

grow with a purpose. We get vulnerable and real with an honest look into the

challenges and triumphs we all face. Every woman listening is the

opportunity to choose what life looks like for herself.

With this episode we are going to take it a little bit behind the scenes. This is

the type of episode that we usually do over on Patreon but we were talking to

our friends Sarah and she said you know I think a lot of people would just love

more episodes where you guys are just being yourselves and talking about the

things that you're going through and not every episode has to have an

expert on. So we would love to hear at the end of this what you thought about

this episode but we're just going to go through some things that we've been
