We are so excited to introduce today’s guest, Faith Broussard Cade. We have been long time fans of hers and she is the woman behind the movement of self-care. Faith’s handwritten notes that she shares online tend to go viral. She started writing these notes as a means to heal from a personal accident and in today’s interview she explains how her messages have helped many others heal as well.
If you are someone who struggles with rest, Faith shares how we can turn that to-do list off in our head and actually take some time for ourselves. She shares a list of self-care items that we can benefit from that are inexpensive and tangible ideas to pull ourselves up from the bottom of our priority list.
We would love for you to do two things for us this week. 1. Make sure you are subscribed to our show so these new episodes show up for you every week and 2. Leave us a review. Those help us get our important conversations, like this one with Faith, to more ears!
