And I think the more that we realize that we are enough, inherently we are enough,

that how much we accomplish and how much we perform isn't what makes us enough,

that we're simply enough by being good humans, then we start to operate out of that enoughness

and it allows us to criticize ourselves a lot less and love on ourselves a bit more.
