very well right now are the ones who are feeling really low, discouraged, sad, regretful, alone,

and you're really going through it. And we're going to host base for that today. We're going to

host base for everything to not have to be okay and for you to be able to feel what you need to feel.

And my hope is in this episode that we're going to be holding space for all of that.
