All right, I'm so excited for today's topic, and I'm pretty sure I say that every single

podcast episode, because I really don't talk about anything that I'm not crazy excited about.

So I'm sitting here, recording today's podcast, overlooking the most beautiful view of San Diego ever. I feel extremely

blessed and I'm holding a cup of macha green tea that I'm probably not going to drink because I

start talking and I don't stop talking. But if you hear me pause, probably taking a sip of my

matcha green tea. That being said, what is it we're talking

about today that I'm so excited about? Well, we are talking about the power of belief. Now,

the last few episodes, I've been talking about your unique design. And a part of that, it's one

part of it. It's not the whole thing, but a part of that will, that will give you insight into how you're uniquely designed and how you're going to uniquely approach

things like leadership and business and entrepreneurship and even your walk with God. You can take

an assessment called the Gallup Strengths Finders test, and you can Google that and take the test, and you can take an assessment called the Gallup Strengths Finders Test, and you can Google that

and take the test, and you can learn your top five strengths. Well, I did this many years ago. I have

all of my clients do this, among many other assessments I have my clients do, because it gives

me a lot of insight into how they operate, but it also gives them insight into how they're uniquely designed.

Now, that being said, one of my top five strengths, like it's a natural strength for me,

is this strength called belief. And when you have belief in your top five strengths,

you operate from core principles that you believe. Also, I've noticed with belief
