All right, I'm so excited about today's topic. Not that I'm not super excited about every single topic I talk about on here, as you can probably tell because I get fired up

and I don't stop talking for what 30 straight minutes. But today is so important because

we're going to talk about how to get more

results in less time, how to be more efficient. So if you are a results producer or you want to be

a results producer, you have some big goals, big dreams, it's going to be extremely beneficial for

you to identify the most effective way to get to your result without taking up all of your time. So I want you to be

able to produce more results in less time and have more fun along the way. So if that's you,

you're going to want to listen to this whole episode. So first I want to tell you that the last few

episodes I've been talking about the importance of your unique design and your strengths.

So I'm going to share something with you that has actually

been a natural strength of mine for many years. Now, as I've learned about my strengths, I've been

able to look back and see that the biggest results I've produced, the accomplishments I've had,

have all been out of me operating in my strengths. Now, many of us have had those results, but when we

don't have the awareness of what helped us get those results, it's difficult to repeat it, and it's

difficult to realize what's at work when we do produce results. So as you're listening to this,

you've produced extraordinary results at some point. You've been

highly effective at some things in some areas. Maybe you're not where you want to be in all areas.

I got that. But the truth is you produce results at certain times and in certain areas of your life.
