All right. So today we're going to be talking about how to be the best you. And this is continuing from last week's episode, which is really all about how to be authentically you.

The only way to be the best you is if you are being the true authentic you, the way that God

created you to be. And sometimes we can struggle

with that because we, especially as entrepreneurs and leaders, can look to other people thinking,

okay, that's how I'm supposed to look. That's how it's supposed to look, whether you get put into

a certain role or you're stepping into a role. Maybe you're starting a business. So you look at

other examples of the way that someone's being or who somebody's being in the world and the things

that they're doing. And in many cases, people tend to think, all right, that's what I need to do. That's who

I need to be. That's what I need to be like. But they forget that they need to bring their own

unique self to the situation.

Now here's the beautiful part about the way that God designed us.

Each one of us is uniquely created.

We have unique perspective based on our experiences, our upbringing.

Nobody else sees the world like you do. But on top of that,

we have unique strengths, gifting talents, things that we're naturally really, really good at.

And like I mentioned on last week's episode, there are some tests that you can take to find out

more about how you are uniquely designed. What are your top strengths? And this is not

about pointing out your weaknesses and saying, oh, here's where I'm weak. Let me go try to get better at that.
