Hello, my beautiful bins and welcome to the pep talk of today, which is being launched on

a Saturday. My intention was to actually launch the two pep talks midweek, but good times I got a bit

of a cold and I was so nasally that I thought best give myself a day to recover or so and then I

can get straight back into it. So the pep talk of today

is going to be focused around taking action, okay? All kinds of action, small action, big action,

but taking some kind of action because you never regret having taken action. Okay. So I'm here to

basically keep you on track today, keep you improving that relationship that you have

with yourself, pretty much everything that I talk about is aimed at improving your relationship

with yourself. And when you do that, everything falls into place, okay? When you honour yourself,

when you honour your commitments to yourself, when you back yourself, when you care for yourself

and do caring things for yourself, when you respect

yourself, then all these other areas in your life will start to improve. Everything's going to

start to fall into place, like your relationships with other people, your career, your wants,

your needs, your experiences, how you feel towards things, hobbies, health, mental health, physical health,

everything starts to fall into place, okay? So for today, your focus will be taking action on

something, okay, but obviously something that matters to you, okay? One of the things I like to do by

the end of the day to make me feel fulfilled, to make me feel like my day,

you know, had purpose in it, is to know that I did something that needed to be done. So some days

it's going to be a lot more of an exciting something than other days. But if you're always

approaching life reactively, then you're always leaving out key things that could be done. And what I mean by that is always

leaving things to the last minute and only taking action when it absolutely has to be done,

then you never get to the things that you want done. So when you're living life reactively,
