Summary

Be guided in a nature meditation you can do while you're out walking, or while indoors in your regular meditation space. If you remain indoors, I encourage you to open a window or door to let the outdoors in a bit. This takes your meditation to the next level!

ready to enjoy your weekend. In today's episode, I have a meditation that will take you out in nature.

I have a walking meditation technique for you that you can do as you sit down and meditate whether you're seated inside or you're out walking.

in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California and the sun rises early here.

It rises about 4.30 in the morning, so I was up early and I was out walking. So I'm recording this to you,

outside, and they're building a big temple and so you might hear some hammering

going on in the background but you also might hear some birds as well and I've

also added some nature music for you. So if you can open a window or

door if you're seated inside that will bring the outdoors in. It really makes a difference when you meditate.

If you're getting ready to walk outside, good for you. Walking is good for your mind, body, and spirit.

I like to offer you a walking meditation at the very final episode of each series and it happens to fall on a weekend. So it makes a nice walking meditation for your weekend.
