And it's an ongoing experience in our lives.

As you have been going through this in our

experience, you've had a challenge.

Your challenge is to gradually, gradually, day by day, step by step, to take action to forgive. This could be when you settle down at night and you review your day and

you think about the times during the day when you felt a little animosity

towards someone or resentful or irritated. You might be doing

two things. You might be doing two things.

You might be disappointed in yourself,

and so you might feel as though you're entitled to feel this way because

this situation or this person deserved it or was so in the wrong. So you can feel your anger, spike, and a sense of justification

for how you felt. You may have been harmed deeply and you feel a sense of grief and sadness and confusion.

In this case, your focus is more on the other person.
