1:12.4	two or so in the morning so I'm hurting a bit but when I was out with my
1:17.3	friends I came up with a topic last night a topic that I think you can relate
1:21.4	to and it's something certainly I I've been wanting to talk about so my
1:26.2	hangover right now is is for you it's for the podcast and what I want to
1:31.2	talk about in this episode is what I'm calling the make the first move mindset
1:36.0	making the first move yes definitely in dating and relationships but like
1:41.1	bigger than that is a mindset to make the first move this mindset is is a huge
1:46.5	one to have and to live it's a mindset that I think really puts you in charge
1:50.4	of your life and and moves you from a life where you kind of tiptoe around you
1:55.5	know saying oh I probably shouldn't do this or I probably shouldn't do that to
1:58.3	one where you're simply like what the heck let's see what happens and that I
2:03.8	think is such a powerful mindset because you don't sit around anymore you don't
