all right welcome to episode 154 so I'm just gonna say right off the bat that

I'm really excited to do this episode like genuinely so certainly I'm always

excited to do the podcast to hop in the lab as they say but this one in

particular very very excited I was I was up pretty late last night I wasn't

doing anything in particular no I think about it just the usual YouTube rabbit

hole shenanigans and some house tunes but I also couldn't really sleep because

honestly I was so inspired by what I want to talk about here in this episode

like I have this warm happy feeling to be talking about this because I say it

all the time on the podcast but as much as this show is for you it's it's also for

me like forcing myself encouraging myself to think to be real to communicate to

be valuable like it's honestly it's completely changed my life so just as I

hear that you know some of my thoughts have have changed your lives which is so

incredibly humbling like the whole process has changed mine in effect so long

winded way of saying that I'm very excited to do this episode and I'll start

and it'll make sense in a second by saying that you should text me yep I said it
