addict. So, the framing for this is if you have struggled with love addiction, you have been

working on your love addiction patterns, you have been in recovery, you are closer to or you're

feeling you're having more symptoms of being securely attached and you are entering new romantic

relationships for the first time with this new clarity, with this new sense of self. And just

ready to do things differently this time around. And so, I'm going to talk about three things

for you to keep in mind to do to feel balanced as a recovering love addict in a new relationship.

These are also going to be things that you've already partnered with someone. It's going to help you

kind of make sure that you're balanced there as well, but this is going to be really just good

proactive things for you to do. I want to also say just to be clear that these are going to be

things that are important for you to do. If you are partnered with someone who is healthy and someone

who is available securely attached or maybe they're in recovery for love addiction, love avoidance,

but they're actually doing the work and they are working on their attachment styles and they're

working on their communication styles that they are self-accountable, not that you are trying to
