| 1:45.6 | It happens to be when we're right smack in the middle of our busy day. |
| 1:49.6 | So you can do a meditation technique to help you attune to your meditation ritual, to the best |
| 1:58.0 | part of yourself, that part you seek when you sit down and meditate. And I honor you for showing up for yourself. |
