| 0:09.4 | shares a different meditation technique every single day on the podcast and anytime |
| 0:17.0 | your mind starts to wander when you meditate pay attention to your breath. Now this breathing technique is going to be combined with |
| 0:30.4 | the affirmation from yesterday which which was, I am enough. |
| 0:36.5 | This is an affirmation that we did a few months ago |
| 0:41.6 | that many of you found to be very powerful and I thought it was appropriate to share it in a loneliness meditation series because when you feel lonely oftentimes you feel disempowered you feel afraid and |
| 1:01.1 | you have lost confidence many times and so I wanted you to feel as though you are enough |
| 1:08.0 | exactly as you are. You don't have to wait to reach out to others to reach out to the world to feel connected |
| 1:16.0 | You simply are enough just as you are |
| 1:29.5 | So this breathing technique you're going to inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose for the technique and as you inhale you're going to do two short fast inhales and |
| 1:39.8 | mentally repeat I am enough and it just works out nicely. I am enough. And you breathe |
| 1:48.2 | through your nose, too short inhales, and then you're going to hold this breath just for the count of two. |
| 1:57.8 | Enough time for you to again mentally repeat, I am enough as you pause between the inhale and exhale and |
| 2:09.5 | again repeat I am enough to the count of two as you exhale through your nose. |
| 2:18.6 | So we'll do a couple rounds of this breathing technique. You can do it for as long as you want, |
| 2:26.4 | as long as you feel necessary, of course at any time if you feel lightheaded simply resume your normal breath. I mentioned this |
| 2:37.1 | because breathing techniques are powerful and this technique is actually a |
| 2:42.2 | technique designed to really animate you, to energize you. |
| 2:51.0 | So it's a calming technique, but it's customized to make you feel confident and as though you have the energy to move forward to reach out and connect with others. |
| 3:12.0 | So here you go sit up straight again. Your eyes slightly |
| 3:19.4 | uplifted as they're closed. Jaws, shoulders, stomach relaxed. |
| 3:26.0 | And inhale twice, repeating, I am enough. |
