But I have to tell you that I had so much trouble sleeping last night and I'm just, I'm downright exhausted and it's so

ironic and this always happens to me I'm teaching a course in focus this month on how to

rest and right on schedule I have insomnia. So so annoyingly ironic of

course right it just like has to work out this way doesn't it so I had a lot of like negative feelings about you know just being

frustrated not being able to sleep but I have finally come to the

conclusion that you know what I'm not entitled to a good night

sleep sometimes it's just not going to happen so I'm trying not to be dramatic

about it I am simply just going to accept my fate whatever that be, and move on with my life and record this

So my fate last night was that I woke up at 3.30 a.m. couldn't go back to sleep and now it's like 1 p.m.
