And in today's guided meditation you are going to do a walking meditation to reduce anxiety in your mind and body.

is actually to begin by moving your body.

It's a Saturday as I release this meditation, I encourage you to go out and move your body and as you do so, reflect on your environment around you, your world around you.

And if you can't get outside, no worries, you can still enjoy this guided meditation and if you do this meditation

seated I know it's not always easy to get out there if it's late or maybe the weather's not great to go outside today. Well, sit inside but

open a window. Let the outdoors inside, into your space. If it's freezing cold, just wear a shawl. Put a shawl over your head and wrap it around your shoulders. Or if it's really hot, I live in Florida

and it's still hot here. Keep the windows open and just have a fan and honestly just notice what's

happening outside. You will be amazed at how simply doing this paying attention to what's going on in the

outdoor environment not the news not all the sensational things happening in the

news but if you simply attune yourself to nature

and go out and breathe the air outside, this can help to clear your mind and just get out there and move your body.

You'll feel great and you're going to reduce anxiety in the process.

So let's get you ready. We begin our walking

meditation the same way as we begin a seated meditation and that is with you standing still.

So stop, if you've already started walking,
