| 1:08.9 | PTSD, but there are so many people who feel very traumatized by their lives, by an environment |
| 1:21.7 | where they feel unsafe or a relationship where they don't feel safe. |
| 1:28.6 | And so this high level of anxiety can cause you to not really connect with people in relationships |
| 1:41.1 | out of fear because you feel you have to protect yourself or where you |
| 1:47.2 | feel angry and you have outbursts, the smallest thing can just really cause you to lose your temper or to lash out |
| 1:59.2 | and you're not sure why you you don't mean to do it but you feel this stress this feeling of anxiety that just |
| 2:10.8 | won't let up. And this can cause you not to be sleeping well. It can |
| 2:18.3 | interrupt your focus and concentration. It can give you a wide range of health problems such as headaches, stomach |
| 2:27.7 | aches, and all kinds of aches and pains. |
