It's been about four weeks since I spoke to you guys and I was going through it. I just want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for holding space for me and for reaching out and for commenting

on the podcast episode. Honestly, it was really raw. Like, looking back after I recorded, I was like,

oh my God, did I really want to put everything out there? But it really helped me cope with what

was going on. And even though it was difficult and I cried the whole time,

I needed to cry because I felt like it was a way of me just letting go of everything that

had happened.

So I appreciate you guys so much.

It is insane to me how many girls have been through the same thing.

And you just feel bamboozled and confused because of how

things ended. But God's redirection is protection and I will forever live by those words. It's crazy

how things happen but I just am so lucky to have an amazing support system,

friends, family, and you guys, my listeners, my followers on Instagram on TikTok, you guys

really poured a lot of love into me.

I also had some random person reach out to me that knew my ex and said, hey, just so you know, he's not your person.

Like, he hasn't changed.

He's been like this for a long time and just shared a little backstory.

And it was definitely closure that I didn't know that I needed because even though I know that relationship wasn't for me, I was still hurt. But let's talk

about what happened after. I felt really emotionally drained. I lost weight. So shout out to

heartbreak for helping me lose weight. I got back into the gym.

Before all this had happened, I was already looking into therapy.
