The idea behind Tiny Leaps is fairly simple.

It's the concept that if you aim to be just a little bit better,

just a tiny, tiny bit better every single day eventually that will show itself now it might

take a year it might take five years it might take ten years for you to get to your ideal.

But if every single day you're focused on making tiny changes, you'll get to where you want to be eventually.

That's the concept, and I recently read an article that very clearly explained that.

It was all about why it's important to be 1% better.
