Change in your age change in your surroundings change in your environment for the most part we are born into this world to experience an endless sea of change that is outside of our control.

But there is one area we can control, one type of change that is squarely within our power.

Change in ourselves. You see we can choose to make changes in who we are.

We can choose to develop new interests to go to the gym to eat healthier to start a business.

We can become the exact type of person we've always wanted to be. But to do so, we'll need to make

sacrifices and we'll need to understand one thing. That just because we've

changed doesn't mean everyone else will.
