Well our theme this week is the path to peace, energy, and clarity because as I detailed

in yesterday's meditation, was episode 659 I left a longer than usual

my weeks, throughout my days, and I do it by focusing on what I'll call a daily mini ritual that I do and I focus on the seven major areas of my life, one for each day of the

week and I don't spend usually a lot of time focusing on those

particular areas I just break it down and focus on one area a day and it might be something really simple that I do even just the

thought and so yesterday was a Sunday and every Sunday I reflect on how the past week was for me, what worked out really well,

what I would like to have done differently or how I could improve myself. I just kind of think

about it when I go on a walk. Sometimes I journal it. I sit down and really journal it. If it's

something pretty profound going on in my life, I'll write it down.

But a lot of times, I just will take a walk or maybe a bath or some time where I can just kind of sit and relax and think. And so then I'll think about what I want to come into my life during the next week.

So we did that meditation yesterday, a mindset meditation,

or rather a reflection type of meditation.

Well, every Monday, this meditation is for a Monday it is all about your mindset.

So I start my week off on a Monday like many of you may or may not and you can come up with

your own life areas different things in your life you want to accomplish and then create a mini ritual,

spread them throughout the week, and then create a mini ritual each day for yourself.
