in this boat. So I took this past week's check-ins from all my consistency clients. Like I downloaded

it into a spreadsheet and then I analyzed it for theme using the help of my computer. I said,

okay, what is like, if you had to rank the primary struggle, maybe secondary

tertiary struggle, what's number one? What is coming up as the biggest struggle? And inevitably,

it was this. Like, I don't really get why I don't do the work when I want this so bad.

So that's what we are going to talk about today. And the first question that I will typically

ask, if somebody sends me a check in and they're like, I'm just having a hard day, Elizabeth,

or I'm having a hard week. Like, I know what I want, but I didn't do it. And I don't know,

I don't know what's going on. The first question I ask is, okay, you're saying, I didn't do the work. Number one, what is the work?
