a perfectionism expert out of Atlanta, Georgia, who's going to be talking to us about how to

work through and heal our perfectionism. This is probably one of the most common issues that women

in our community struggle with, you know, probably people in general, but definitely women in our

community. And so Dr. Sims, it's such an amazing, an amazing job in breaking down the origins of it,

what it looks like in our life practically and giving us some tips and encouragement and support

of how to work through it. She also is an EMDR expert, which if you have been following this

podcast for a while, you know I'm a big fan of. And so she talks about what EMDR therapy is.
