I want to congratulate you for reaching the middle part of our series on Joy this week.

So in today's episode, I want to share with you

a meditation technique to help you cultivate a deep inner joy.

This kind of inner joy comes from your passions.

When you consider what makes you happy and excited about life. It's usually your passions. You're doing something you

really enjoy or you are with someone who you're passionate about.

But these are all external influences.

They come from around you. They come from the world outside of you, who you are.

The best way to cultivate joy is through your own inner experience of it, that from which is already within you.

And this is what is most unique about you, your inner qualities, your passions. And so as you do the

meditation today, consider a fire burning brightly and you are seated around this fire. You could visualize your third chakra, which is right at your digestive area,

and the element is fire, the color is yellow, and it represents your passions, your zest for life.

As you visualize yourself seated around this fire, imagine loved ones seated with you. And you are taking in their love for you.

These could be loved ones who are no longer with you. They could be people who you admire from afar,
