| 0:10.0 | And we continue with our series. We're exploring this week which is all about joy. |
| 0:17.0 | In today's episode you're going to discover a moodra technique to help you experience more compassion. |
| 0:31.5 | This is a moodra that benefits your heart health and you can do it |
| 0:38.4 | whether you are seated meditating or whether or not you are right in the midst of a busy day. |
| 0:50.5 | So, Madras are often referred to as yoga in your hands. |
| 0:57.0 | And when you do them, we have a lot of nerve endings on our fingertips and fingers. You stimulate a |
| 1:06.5 | corresponding region of your brain. So to do this moodra, it is the heart health moodra. You'll do it with both hands. |
| 1:21.4 | You will tap your thumb to your middle finger and you will curl your index finger right down to the base of your thumb. |
| 1:37.0 | So you'll have it bent and tucked in, touching the very base of your thumb there. |
| 1:45.0 | And then your other two fingers, your little finger and your ring finger are just |
| 1:50.9 | gently extended outward. |
| 1:53.0 | So again, you're going to touch your thumb to the tip of your middle finger, |

| 2:15.7 | moodra for up to 15 minutes at a time and when you do this mudra as I mentioned it benefits your heart health so |

| 2:47.0 | And when you focus on these qualities, you can't help but experience joy, and what that will feel like if you want to focus |
