I have learned how empowering it is to put words to how we’re feeling so in this episode, we’ll be discussing why we experience certain feelings after pregnancy loss, including betrayal trauma, grief, disenfranchised grief, and guilt. Besides this, I’ll also be providing you with tangible ways you can help a family member or friend deal with their grief. From helping with everyday tasks like cooking to supportive phrases and more, I’ll guide you through this difficult time. infant loss has been this taboo topic or this uncomfortable topic that so many people just don't know how to talk about.

And so those who go through this experience often feel isolated.

They have prolonged grief and there's not a lot of support for them. Well in recent

years we are starting to change that narrative to create more conversation and

more support surrounding pregnancy and infant loss and I get two questions

more than I get any other question and the first one is from other lost moms

asking me why do I feel this way and how long am I going to feel like this.

And then the other question I get is from friends of moms who have lost a pregnancy or an infant
